Where personal data is transferred abroad, we do so in line with the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and we rely on providers that offer contractual protections for the data they handle. If you would like more detail about a specific transfer, write to us and we will explain it.

How to turn them off

7. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See section 9.

8. How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to the members of our team who need it in order to respond to you, and is protected by individual accounts with two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach were to affect your personal data we would notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

9. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@idiagnx.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose anyone's data to the wrong person. Exercising these rights is free.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, additional rights may apply to you under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Contact us on the same address and we will handle your request accordingly.

10. Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change. The version number and date at the top always reflect the current text. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you directly where we can.

12. Contact and complaints

Questions about this notice, or about anything we do with your data, go to info@idiagnx.com. We would rather hear from you first and put something right than have you go elsewhere.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

An Arabic version of this notice is available on request, and will be published alongside the Arabic version of this site.
